They set forth your rights and obligations regarding your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions. Your order at dingy.eu. constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order. So please make sure you understand them before placing your order.

Missing item or get wrong item

When you (buyer) receive the package, if you find that some items are missing in your order or we sent you wrong items, please keep all the items in their original condition and also keep the packing materials, weigh all the items together the packaging. Then take a few photos of it and send us the photos by email. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will investigate the case as soon as we receive your email. If the case applies, we will send you the missing item or the correct item (sometimes you may be asked to return the wrong item).

After you receive the wrong product, please provide us with the following evidence:
* The photos or videos of the wrong items

* The photos, videos or screenshots showing the malfunction of the defective itemsGet damaged items, DOA (dead on arrival)

If you (buyer) receive the package and find that the item is damaged (cracked), contact the carrier and us immediately. If the item does not work (DOA), please take photos of the item including packaging and send the photos to us by email, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. Once the case is resolved, we will resend you a good item. Sometimes for DOA items you may be asked to return them.

In this case, please provide us with the following evidence:
* The photos from original dingy.eu. Front and back package
* The photos or videos of the defective items
* The photos, videos or screenshots showing the malfunction of the defective items

Item is defective under warranty

There is 30 days warranty (after receiving the package) for most of our items (excluding physical damage or improper use). If your item is defective during the warranty period, you can return it for repair or replacement. Please contact us before returning, we do not accept unauthorized packages and please pack the item well when returning it.

After returning the defective product, please provide us with the following evidence:

* Photos of the front and back of the packaging envelope or box
* Partial delivery notes (if applicable)
* Photo, video, screenshot or description of the defective item
* Photo, video, screenshot or description of the defect or defective area

Return unsatisfied products

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. If the return is not due to our error, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs or excess freight (generally the amount exceeding the €6 freight we bear). We need to make a comprehensive assessment of the specific situation. Please make sure the item you are returning is in its original packaging and in good condition.

After returning the product, you can contact us and our staff will take care of it for you as quickly as possible. Please note that you must return all items (including gifts). Otherwise, we reserve the right to deduct a small fee from your refund amount. The gifts cost around €5. If any other items are missing, we will let you know after checking.

Return postage

In principle, we offer you the first free return (from your country to our company), you need to give us feedback and request it (for delivery of your own return, you can request the same amount of cash vouchers for your next order). We do not accept returns of packages that do not comply with our policies or protocols.

HOW LONG IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?

Returns may take up to 3-5 business days to process from the day we receive your return. We will send you a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Returned items will receive a full refund for defective products. For non-defective items, refunds exclude all shipping and handling charges.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. If you have any questions about when your account will be credited, please contact the card issuing bank.
If you have not yet received credit for your return, follow these steps:
Contact the debit/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be credited to your account.
If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be available within 2-3 business days.

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?


Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Make sure to include your order number and the change you want. We will confirm this once the change has been made. Please note that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be changed or canceled.
