Please read these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases from dingy.eu. You set out your rights and obligations in relation to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions. Your order at dingy.eu. represents your agreement that these policies apply to the order. So please make sure you understand them before placing your order.
We cover the return postage (from your country to our company), your return postage is paid via PayPal refund (When you are ready you can request an equal amount of cash vouchers to use on your next order). We will not afford to return packages that do not comply with our policies or agreements.
Missing item or get wrong item
When you (buyer) receive the package, if you find some items are missing from your order or we sent you wrong items, please keep all items in original condition and also keep packing material, weigh all items together with the packaging. Then take some photos of it and email the photos to us. Please contact us within 7 days after you receive the package. We will investigate the case as soon as we receive your email. If the case is correct, we will send you the missing item or the correct item (sometimes you may be asked to return the wrong item).
After you have received the wrong product, please provide us with the following evidence:
* The photos or videos of the wrong items
* The photos, videos or screenshots showing the malfunction of the defective items Get damaged items, DOA (dead on arrival)
When you (buyer) receive the package and find the item is damaged (cracked), contact the carrier and us immediately. If the item does not work (DOA), please take photos of the item including the package and email the photos to us, please contact us within 7 days after you receive the package. Once the case is resolved, we will resend a good item to you. Sometimes for DOA items, you may be asked to return them.
In this case, please provide us with the following evidence:
* The photos from original dingy.eu. Package with front and back
* The photos or videos of the defective items
* The photos, videos or screenshots showing the malfunction of the defective items
Item is defective under warranty
There is 30 days warranty (after receiving the package) for most of our items (physical damage or improper use excluded). If your item is defective during the warranty period, you can return it for repair or exchange. Please contact us before returning, we do not accept illegal packages and please pack the item well when you send it back.
After returning the defective product, please provide us with the following evidence:
* Photos of the front and back of the packaging envelope or carton
* Partial Delivery Notes (if applicable)
* Photo, video, screenshot or description of the defective item
* Photo, video, screenshot or description of the defect or defective area
Return unsatisfied products
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. If the return is not due to our error, customers need to bear the shipping cost both ways. And please make sure that the items you are returning to us are in the original packaging and the goods are in the same condition.
For the replacement, we will ship it by the shipping ways we choose.
Shipping costs will be charged to the customer at most once (including returns); There is no need to charge consumers a restocking fee for returning a product.
HOW LONG IS THE RETURN PROCESS?
Returns can take up to 3-5 business days to process from the day we receive your returned item. We will send you a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
For returned items, a full refund will be issued for defective products. For non-defective items, the refund excludes all shipping and handling charges.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 working days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. If you have any questions about when your account will be credited, please contact the card-issuing bank.
If you have not yet received a credit for your return, please do the following:
Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.
If you paid via PayPal, the refund is available within 2-3 business days.
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Make sure you include your order number and the change you want. We will confirm this once the change has been made. Please note that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.
