Return & Refund Policy

At dingy.eu, quality, customer satisfaction, and transparency are our top priorities.
Please read this policy carefully – by placing an order, you agree to the following terms.


1. Returns – 30 Days

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving the goods for a refund or exchange.

To start a return, please send a clear request by email to info@dingy.eu within the return period.

After notifying us, you must return the goods without undue delay, and no later than 30 days from the date of your request.


2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in perfect original condition, and returned with all tags, accessories, manuals, and any free gifts.

  • Products must be in their original packaging.

  • If the goods have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functionality, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.

  • If your order included free gifts, these must also be returned; otherwise, we reserve the right to deduct the approximate gift value (≈ €5) from the refund.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping costs.

  • If you return the goods for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.


4. Incorrect, Missing, or Incomplete Items

If items are missing or incorrectly delivered:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods.

  • Keep all items and packaging.

  • Send photos of the package (including shipping label) and contents to info@dingy.eu.

After verification, we will send you the correct or missing items and inform you if a return is required.


5. Damaged or Defective Goods

If an item is damaged or defective upon delivery:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receipt.

  • Include photos or videos of the defect, packaging, and shipping label.

Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund. In certain cases, returning the defective item may be required.


6. Returns Due to Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

If the return is not due to our error, you are responsible for shipping costs for both sending and returning the item.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.


7. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving the return.

If the return is not due to our error, original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.


8. Order Changes or Cancellations

To change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@dingy.eu with your order number and requested change.

Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be changed or canceled.
